AGM

The club AGM was held on Tuesday the 25th March at 8pm in the clubhouse at Langloan, with a healthy turnout recorded. Stevie Allison summarised on an indifferent season for the senior sides with the first team relying on some good home form to finish fifth and the second team avoiding relegation on the last day of the season. Improvement of both sides is expected in the new season with a new professional expected to be announced in the coming week and the arrival of overseas amateur Dan Stevenson to bolster the ranks.

Drew Pryde summarised the excellent performances of the youth section last season which includes almost 70 kids at various age levels, with 10 of those making it into representative cricket last summer, and hoping that continued in the coming season.

A new first eleven captain was elected in the form of Graeme McLaren, who takes over for a second stint, while Stevie Foster takes over for his tenth consecutive year as second team skipper.
